(lol,a long one from me finally)
Sage smiled.
Months passed,and Sage,though she became bigger and clumsier,always attempted to help Utah with their escape plans.Today,something new happened.Sage was lead out to an area without a fence around it,yet still inside the base,where someone called a 'vet' preformed several test upon her.One she particularily disliked was when a tape measure was pulled tightly around her barrel.When the vet removed it,he told the General that the foal would be a big one,and with it might come a hard delivery,which worried Sage.The vet then told the General all he needed to do was an internal exam."Oh,no!No way are you getting in there!"Sage snorted.She stamped her feet and put up a big fiasco.

Utah was in a corral not to far off, just hanging around when he heard something a bit off in the distance. He looked over and saw Sage fusing. He wanted what was going on. Utah walked to the other side of the fence and started snorting and pacing the fence line.

Sage's ears were pinned,and she was only being held by her mane,which needed to be retrimmed,and She bolted away from the humans."UTAH!It's our time now!"She cried.

Utah looked to her. He backed away from the fence and then ran right at it. He gave a great leap with all he's strength to clear the fence. He made it over the fence and headed toward Sage as some humans came after them by foot and horse.

The pregnant mare headed for the gates,but hen realized a minute too late they were shut."SHIT!"she shouted as she ran at them.With her normal weight she never would have made it,but she'd gained over thirty pounds with this foal and luckily,the wood was old and breaking.She successfully broke a gaping hole in the fort door.

The two ran together,towards home.When they were far away,Sage decided to tell him."That vet person gave the General some troubling news about me."She said.

"Well,the foal is.....a bit bigger.....than expected.He said it might lead to difficult delivery.I saw the tape and where the average mark was,I'm six inches rounder than average."Sage said,sounding terribly scared and worried.

Utah looked at her. He started to slow his pace. He started to shake his head violently and angrily. They were farther from the fort. "No, no, no! This can't happen again," he said angrily. He hoped it wasn't the same thing like what had happened to Deceivra.

"Lose me?What?All I said was it will be hard on me!I never said I'd die!"Sage was getting terrible scared.She was considering going back to fort if he didn't get out of his delirium.
