Chance began barking as he paced the front line of the shack. Then the door opened and the hermit emerged from the darkness of the shack and into the dim moonlight.

Jenny brayed , half-rearing as she did so,acting like she'd suddenly gone mad. She tossed her head up and down.

Jenny wanted to do some sort of signal meaning Iorek, but she could only think of one action for stag.She bowed her head to Chance and began to mime a deer fight."Oh please understand!Iorek's in trouble!"She said, as she acted.

She imitated a whinny as best she could, and followed it with the head bashing mime again.She then noticed one of Iorek's hoofprints in the mud.She walked over to it and pawed at it, making sure the mark was clear.

Jenny bolted from the pasture.She stopped at the woods edge, waiting for Mary and her master.She did not like going in the woods alone.She prefered to at least have one of the dogs with her.

Chance rolled he's eyes as he caught up to her. The hermit climbed on to Mary. He was going to ride her bareback.
