"Uh!Ok,They were coming back from Dad's big adventure, being caught and all that, and the quickest way home was through Hai territory....."
(Flashback)
"Be careful Rain,stay close.These are not my friends.Let me know if you see any other horse."Spirit warned.Rain nodded.The two continued to move,keping close together.Out of nowhere,Rain cried out.
"Spirit!Look there!"Spirit's brown eyes looked nad met the sight of a small group of stallions,a light grey leading them,Dal.
"RUN!"Spirit shouted at her.Rain obeyed leaving Spirit to deal with these....monsters.Spirit charged at Dal,confusing him,and making him stop.
"Pretty little mare ya got there Spearie boy."Dal snorted.A couple of his friends laughed.
"She's mine, stay away from her!"Spirit snorted,stomping angrily at the older stud.
"How about I take her,and let you run home to Mama Espie?"Spirit pinned his ears.Spirit then lunged, and the two began battle.Dal step-sided Spirit's attack,but smacked him with his head.Spirit jumped in surprise as he recieved a bite on his hindquarters.Spirit reared,throwing the heavier stud onto the ground.He kicked and kicked at the other,preventing him from getting up.Spirit was furious,he wanted to kill him,but he wouldn't.Dal got up and jumped at Spirit's head, leaving a deep gouge,which bled into SPirit's eye.Spirit was enraged.HE knocked Dal down again, and then turned and ran.
(End Flashback)
"I bet it was so scary for mom."Angel said as she finished the dramatic tale.
