Utah was starting to feel that way toward her, but it was hard for him to get over the lose of Deceivra. "I don't know," Utah just said.

Sage nodded.On the opposite side of her face,the one Utah wasn't at,a tear fell silently.

Utah turned and laid down, not caring if that dumb mutt came by and barked at him. Utah felt horrible from what he had down to Sage. He had only known her for a few days. He was starting to like her more and more. It was just that he didn't want to let go of Deceivra.

"Will you shut up!"Sage snapped at Leopard,who jumped at the sound of her voice.The dog noticed the tear tracks running down her on side of her face."Oooh,someone's heart's been broken."He scoffed.Sage lashed out with her teeth at the dog,but recieved a sharp slap on the muzzle by a groom who'd just entered the stable."That's enough out of you Sage."

Utah heard the sound of the slap and the groom's voice. Utah's ears went back quickly and his eyes filled with anger. He lunged up right away and turned around quickly. He saw the groom and before the groom knew what had happened, Utah had his teeth bared and lunged at the human. The groom was able to avoid contact with Utah's teeth, but Utah was now clamped down on the front part of the groom's shirt. As the groom leaned back and struggle to get away from Utah, the sound of the shirt tiering could be heard. Utah started to shake the man. He was furious that this human had tried to hurt Sage. Utah usually didn't act out this way, but after the hard ride yesterday, he was angry.

Leopard was barking angrily,and Sage was screaming for him to stop.She smacked the stupid dog out of the way with her head before turning and nipping Utah,her ears pinned back."I said enough!"She declared.

Utah felt the nip and heard Sage's sharp words. He let go of the groom's shirt. The groom fell backwards and was breathing heavily as he backed up to the stable wall on the opposite side of the two horses. He's eyes filled with fear. He's shirt now had a hole in it where the shirt had began to rip. Utah shook his head and snorted. He headed the sound of a few soldier coming over to investigate what all the commotion was about. Gees, they always come running when something happens, Utah thought.
