Utah is the leader of the Bronious herd, but right know is catpured by the calvary. His beloved Deceivra had given birth to Utah first foal and now he is being take away from the herd and his new daughter. He doesn't know what to do. The humans are stronger than the wild horses now a days. And the worst part yet it that the General had said that if the Colonel could brake him, he would become the Colonel's horse. And the Colonel called him Flame for some reason. Luckily, Utah has not been branded, or will he?

So far, Utah has not been branded. He is missing his daughter grow up. He just wants to be wild and free again. He has made a few friends in the calvary. He fears the way the humans treat the horses. He's always careful about what he does. He doesn't want to be whipped. Utah feels broken, but he still has hope in him. The way Spirit's been trying to save him and help him, has felt Utah feeling like a Spirit's younger brother rather than older brother. More to come...
