Cham found some of the herd resting in the shade of the trees and a few swimming in the lake.

Dal blew heavily from his nose and went to lie with those who were in the shade.

Cham watched over the herd quietly. He was kind of glad for once that Dal was not fighting him about how to lead the herd for once.

Cham let the herd stay where they were. He had just gotten back yesterday, so there really was no need to move on yet.
