Utah stayed by Niga's side. She was alright, but her ear was bleeding a little. Utah thought she would be alright. It wasn't that bad. Just then, Utah spotted another wolf. This one a little smaller and was gray and white.

The wolf froze.This one was male.He was also a wanderer.He was small for his age because of his travels.He stared at the stallion and the filly bleeding from her ears before leaping into the bushes.He popped back out and set some leaves by the filly."Chew them."Were his only words.

Niga did as she was told. Utah cocked his head a bit. What a strange wolf? he thought. Utah watched over Niga.
A bit dark bay stallion stood on the edge of the woods. He watched the other stallion and the filly.

The stallion looked down upon the stallion. "The day will come when I strike, but not today," Seth whispered quietly. He had somethings to take care of with a few horses. "What have you found out about any of this horses," he asked the wolf.

"This one..."He motioned to the stallion,"Is half brother to the Cimarron leader.Seperate sires.He has only just arrived here.The Cimarron stallion's mare,she has just given birth to twins.The father is very nervous,he has stranger's amonst him.

The secretive canine then said one last thing."Beware,when he is nervous,he is always prepared to fight."He then caught the far away scent of a rabbit and set off to find it.

Seth turned and followed after Apep quietly, but did not follow to close because he knew Apep need something to eat since they have been wandering all morning. Seth stopped in a clearing in the woods and lowered his head to graze a little while Apep had his meal.
Utah stayed by Niga's side. Her ears started to stop their bleeding. Utah didn't move. He looked around hoping that someone would come or pace by. Then he saw a horse in the distance, he wasn't sure who it was, but he had to have help to watch over Niga, if they wanted to get back to the herd safely. He whinnied loud and clear that help was needed. Niga looked at him. The bleeding had stopped, but she was starting to feel dizzy.

Spirit's sharp ears detected Utah's cry.Though it was not familiar to him,and Rain had just gven birth,he was leader,and he needed to help.He headed towards the sound and found Utah."Oh,it was you."Then he noticed the blood on the ground and the filly's scabbing ears."What happened?"
Apep brought a bit of the rabbit back to Seth.A bit for Seth to have if he wanted,and a bit to bury,in case they returned to these lands again."When shall we seek the stallion?"He asked.

Seth shook his head to the piece of rabbit meat. Seth didn't care much for meat. Apep always worked hard to please Seth. "Not yet. We will wait 'til night fall," Seth said. He always kept a close eye on those he was after. "The chestnut stallion always wanders alone at night. That is when we stall strike," Seth answered as he watched Apep bury the bits of rabbit.
"A female wolf came out of the woods and attacked her. She tried to drag her off by her ears," Utah nodded toward the bushes. "Another wolf came though. A strange fella. Came out and hopped back into the bushes. Told her eat these leaves. Said it would stop the bleeding. Never knew a wolf to do that," he said. Niga shook her head. Utah lowered his head to her. "Are you alright," he asked quietly.
"Yeah, I think so," she said. "I feel a little dizzy though."
Utah's eyes widened with a little bit of fear and worry for the young filly. Niga tried to get up. "Hang on," Utah said. "I think you should take it easy. Lean against me alright."
Niga slowly began to get up. She wobbled a bit as she started to get up again. Utah couldn't do this alone.

Spirit joined him,leaning on her other side.They helped her to her feet and then began to head home.
Apep's sharp ears detected another horse's approach."The Cimarron."He said.

Utah appreciated Spirit's help. Niga was so young, he didn't want to leave her and he knew she needed to get to the safety of the herd. There he knew Forest would help watch over her. The only thing was that he would have to face Deceivra. Utah's mind wondered through all that had happened today. He met his father, he was soon to see him mother, he had met Spirit, and the horrible true of Deceivra, Niga and him running into a wolf, and then that strange smaller wolf. Utah's couldn't keep his mind off of all that had happened. Niga, even though she was dizzy, still sensed Utah's worries. There was tension every where.
Seth looked at Apep. "We will come back later," he said as he head toward a small stream.

Apep watched the stallions until they disappered into the closing mist,before joining his friend.
Spirit also sensed Utah's fears."Our mother raised me well.I'm sure she'll be glad to see you."He said quietly.His mother had told him nothing but of her love for him since Temon had gone out.
